Virtual Reality for Companies

When Reality Just Won’t Do.

Want to get inside a gearbox? Excavate part of Pompeii? Or see the Earth from an astronaut's perspective? If the answer is yes, we are ready to beam you up! We build nothing less than an entire world around your product or desired theme for your target audience to dive into (and splash around in). Sounds too good to be true? In fact, our VR has its own problems: people stubbornly refuse to re-emerge! Long queues are to be expected. And there have even been reports of addiction among users... Meta and Google also see the future in the virtual world. But we already have it today!

Virtual Reality Details

Features

  • Consulting and conception: The path to a successful VR experience is through our concept for the project, which we tailor to your individual business based on years of experience.
  • Highly detailed 3D environment: We design a fully three-dimensional environment to make the experience realistic and rich in detail. The most efficient way to ensure the success of a project is through an intelligent mix of pre-existing content, the purchase of off-the-shelf models and the custom design of specific models.
  • Intuitive control: User interaction in and with the virtual environment is intuitive and immediately enjoyable. The design of the user experience and performance feedback is similar to that of a good PC game.
  • Custom software development: We merge your brand and products into an interactive experience and design the virtual environment and user experience 100% in line with your corporate identity.
  • High quality VR stations: Your customers will benefit from the latest wireless VR headsets that allow freedom of movement and smooth interaction.

More Information

Convince and amaze your customers: open up a whole new world of brand and product access through virtual reality.

Your USP at every exhibition: Make it easier for visitors to immerse themselves in your product universe.

Many trade show visitors don't have any previous knowledge of VR and will therefore have a positive and lasting memory of this special experience at your stand. Garamantis offers comprehensive concepts based on years of experience and tailored to your products and brand. This includes the latest VR headsets, optimised for use at trade fairs, as well as a first-class VR environment (software). With Garamantis, you get the whole package - from the initial idea to the exhibition.

Immersive and multifaceted: customised software creates new possibilities for product promotion

A professionally created VR offers a wide range of possibilities for presenting your products. Through an immersive experience, users gain a fundamentally new and different understanding of your entire product range. For example, in VR they can take a virtual walk through large industrial machinery plants, immerse themselves in tiny mechanical gears or processes, or make a virtual visit to distant locations or project sites. Thanks to wireless VR headsets and the resulting large freedom of movement (up to 10 x 10 m), as well as various options for manual interactivity, your customer is immediately immersed in the virtual environment and can explore it independently and curiously. For example, he or she can design, configure and use the products on offer - without the physical presence of these products.

Showcase your innovation: showcase your company and products through VR technology

With a VR station on your stand, you can promote yourself as a progressive company, able to use modern technology in a visionary context. By choosing the best hardware, we minimise the effort required on site and provide users with intuitive equipment. Your products will always be at the centre of this immersive experience - either in a playful or more realistic setting, or even stripped down to the bare essentials, depending on your desired concept. All of this allows you to have an immediate creative impact on the impressions and experiences your visitors and potential customers have, right down to the last detail. We bring our expertise, experience and creativity to your project in a way that maximises surprise.

Watch out! 4 Potential pitfalls to avoid when using VR installations

  1. Buying VR hardware and a professionally designed VR environment can be expensive. If you decide to spend this kind of money on a VR station, you should consider it for permanent, long-term and flexible use in your business context.
  2. Not to be underestimated is the amount of staffing and technical support required at the VR terminal itself: at least one person should be present at each VR station to explain its features and help people use it. That's why it's highly recommended to choose the exhibition carefully and to identify in advance the audience that is most likely to benefit from this particular highlight of the exhibition.
  3. The number of simultaneous users of a VR environment is very limited, so bystanders should also be able to follow what is happening inside the VR on large additional screens.
  4. Innovative technology cannot compensate for a lack of good and interesting content - expectations are high: an unprofessional overall concept, VR software or hardware will most likely lead to disappointment on the part of the user.

A solid VR concept is fundamental to success

When it comes to VR projects, we pay particular attention to the following aspects:

  • A clear message: Before you start the planning process, you need to establish the target audience, the message and the desired outcome of the VR. What kind of impression do you want your users to get and what are the next steps you want them to take at your stand?
  • Content creation and adaptation: Designing and modelling a highly detailed bespoke 3D VR environment is the most labour intensive and complex part of the whole project. For this reason, we like to use and integrate whatever 3D content is already available. The other models we need are either bought at a reasonable price or created from scratch by our own 3D artists. With a clear concept, we always take the most cost and time efficient route.
  • Thoughtful control: Whether it's one or two manual controllers, the interaction with the VR has to be as simple and intuitive as possible to make the user feel at home. The 3D environment and interactivity options should be coordinated and harmonised down to the last detail.
  • Wireless VR headsets: The use of wired VR headsets should be avoided at all costs, as they have all kinds of disadvantages and detriments to the experience. Instead, the VR headsets used should either be completely self-contained with built-in processors and sensors, or wirelessly transmit data to the PC unit.

The way to get your custom-made VR station in 5 easy steps

  • You contact us - by phone, email or chat.
  • We give you free, no-obligation advice and helpful suggestions about your project.
  • We provide you with a detailed quotation and project plan.
  • We conceive, design and programme your virtual environment and take care of the technical set-up. We can either use existing 3D models or create them from scratch to your specifications.
  • We assemble and set up the VR station at your premises or at a location of your choice (trade fair, etc.) and train your staff.

Features that dreams are made of:

Wireless VR Headsets: If you've ever been a seahorse floating around a coastal area, you probably don't want to come ashore. That's why our VR headsets give you a range of up to 10 square metres. And that's a lot of room, even for a seahorse.

High-quality hands-on content: Houston, we have no problem! The controls are so intuitive, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to use them. And with one of our controllers, users can effortlessly reach for the stars.

Efficient 3D modelling: Our Unity 3D development environment really is the land of opportunity. But of course, your budget may be different. Instead of creating everything from scratch, our 3D artists use existing content as much as possible to keep costs down.

A well thought out concept: We boldly go where no one has gone before, and we seek out familiar worlds that we know how to master. Together, we'll translate your ideas into immersion without losing touch with reality: we'll let you know from the start what's possible - and what's not.

360° support: We will not let you down in the real world either. Our service includes on-site support for your VR station and staff training. And if we really cannot be there, we are happy to support you via remote access.
